Tailor-made onboarding
You have a past, a vision and the aim is for you to be able to share it with us. At Primever, we’re asking you to put your experience to the test by creating a tailor-made onboarding programme. Whether on our operating sites, in the field with our drivers or at the heart of our support functions, you’ll need to use your sharp eye to think in terms of “continuous improvement”. That’s our leitmotiv: how can we constantly improve to offer a quality service to our customers while looking after our colleagues who work to provide this service? Come and help us answer this question!
Training in the basics
When you were little, did you think you’d be a vet or a fireman? Perhaps you worked in another sector until recently? Transport is a highly technical profession, but if you’re willing, you can learn it. So we’ve also decided to focus on people skills and to rely on the people in the company to provide the know-how to the people who join us. When you join the company, you’ll follow an internal and external training programme to ensure that you’re quickly integrated into our teams.
Work-life balance: we believe in it!
A managerial charter has been drawn up jointly by the Group’s managers. It reflects our desire to commit to 6 fundamental values: COMMUNICATION, TEAM SPIRIT, RESPECT, EXEMPLARITY, RIGOUR and BEING CARING.
It describes a common approach and offers points of reference to enable each person to adapt their own style to the context in which they carry out their mission. This charter forms the basis of our managers’ day-to-day work, and ensures that our teams grow in a sustainable and consistent way.
